If cancellation on is made any time not less than 31 days prior to departure, 20000/- per person shall be deducted.(except ticket cancellation on and Visa charges)
No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package
The tour cost does not include any Overseas Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend Overseas Insurance Policy. The same after issuance is non-refundable
We need Rs. 35000/- per person as a booking deposit with passport copies - Photo page, address page.
Air tickets payment to be made before issuing of the tickets.
Hotel payment to be made before time limit of hotels.
Vouchers will be handed over to you after final payment and it will take 3 working days to process your vouchers after receiving full and final payment, Final Itinerary will be provided 1 to 2 days before the trip date
We make all arrangements for Visa formality (Courier charges is applicable is extra), We do all efforts to maximize the changes of getting Visa but Kabir Travel Service is not responsible for any Visa Rejection as it is government agency that issue visa. Once applied visa fees is Non Refundable.

Filling of arrival forms for Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore is the sole responsibility of the guest. Should you wish for our team to complete these forms on your behalf, a service charge of INR 150 per person will be applicable.
